The charity program of the Boguchanskaya HPP covered the most important areas of life in the Kezhemsky district

The Board of Directors of Boguchanskaya HPP JSC approved the program of charitable and sponsorship activities of the enterprise for 2026.

Costs for implementing projects in the fields of education, healthcare, culture, sports and socio-economic development of the Kezhemsky District will exceed 12.2 million rubles. The program was formed in accordance with requests from authorities, institutions and residents of the district received by the station last year. Energy workers will assist in creating a comfortable urban environment and will support projects of public associations, charitable foundations and non-profit organizations.

The priority direction of the Program remains supporting the younger generation. With funds from energy workers, kindergartens in Kodinsk will purchase equipment to prevent respiratory diseases and improve immunity, as well as kits for teaching basic programming and robotics, conducting experiments and developmental activities. City schools have been allocated funds for a robotics class and multimedia equipment for the assembly hall, which hosts meetings, concerts and other events.

The long-term fruitful cooperation of the Boguchanskaya HPP with the Center for Continuing Education will continue to equip the thematic energy class in 2026. It will be furnished according to a unique design project, and the latest educational equipment and furniture will be installed. The project will contribute to the implementation in the Kezhemsky District of the plans of the Ministry of Energy and the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation to promote engineering specialties and attract school graduates to the basic sector of the country's economy.

In the summer of 2025, labor groups of teenagers aged 14 to 18 were created in the Kezhemsky district. Experience has shown that the demand for temporary employment of schoolchildren exceeds supply, therefore the Youth Center project is included in the Program – it will allow the formation of an additional detachment of several dozen teenagers in the summer of 2026.

For the Kezhemskaya Hospital, the Program includes funds for the purchase of a vein imaging unit: the device will help doctors accurately determine the position of blood vessels and improve the quality of medical procedures. In response to requests from readers, the Kezhem Library, with the support of the station, will purchase a server for storing information, thanks to which residents of the district will receive many services online.

The Kezhemsky Historical and Ethnographic Museum will receive office equipment and new furniture for visitors, and the Integrated Social Services Center will receive upholstered furniture and developmental centers for the early assistance room for families with children with special health needs. The Program includes funds for the purchase of equipment for the Kezhemsky district sports school and sports sections in other institutions.

In 2025, the charitable activities program of Boguchanskaya HPP JSC was increased and implemented in the amount of 12.2 million rubles, which is 25.6% more than in 2024 (9.74 million). Energy workers handed over materials to the administration of the Kezhemsky District to improve the streets of populated areas. Using the station's funds, the administration of Kodinsk purchased equipment for the city beach rescue service, a New Year tree and a children's slide. In 2025, thanks to power engineers, a children's playground was installed in the village of Tagara, the acoustic equipment of the Rassvet cultural center and the collections of the Kezhem regional library were updated, the Sports School received equipment for the athletics section, and a virtual reality class was opened at the Center for Continuing Education. With the assistance of charitable organizations, assistance was provided to city residents and participants of the Northern Military District; funds were allocated to the parish of the Church of the Intercession of the Holy Virgin to repair one of the buildings.
