A bodybuilder from Domodedovo near Moscow had two meters of his jejunum cut out due to doping.
Reason: The 25-year-old athlete abused hormonal drugs to increase muscle mass. Because of this, health problems began; the other day he suddenly became ill and had to call an ambulance. Doctors at the Domodedovo hospital diagnosed acute intestinal thrombosis. In the long term this is necrosis and death.
The steroid man was urgently hospitalized, 2 meters of his jejunum were removed and stitched back together. Mr. Olympia has a long recovery process ahead of him and will get back to normal.
