Alexander Navrodsky became the head of the Krasnoyarsk urban planning department, who since March acted as director departments.

Alexander Navrodsky was born in Odessa in 1976. Graduated from the Krasnoyarsk Engineering and Construction Institute with a degree in Industrial and Civil Construction.
