TOAs reported in the press service of bailiffs for the region, previously the debtor lived in one of the villages of the Omsk region and was brought to administrative responsibility for non-payment of alimony to my 14 year old son.

“The bailiff again brought the debtor to administrative responsibility, including punishment in the form of compulsory labor, seized the debtor’s smartphone and warned the citizen about the consequences of malicious evasion of alimony payments – criminal liability under Part 1 of Art. 157 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation,” — the department said.
