On April 7, Orthodox Krasnoyarsk residents celebrated the Annunciation of the Most Holy Theotokos – solemn services and religious processions were held in churches for the holiday.
Thus, Metropolitan Nikita of Krasnoyarsk and Achinsk, at the end of the Divine Liturgy at the Annunciation Convent, led a religious procession around the monastery. The clergy and parishioners took part in the procession, and after its completion they released white doves into the sky in honor of the holiday.
Let us remind you that this coming Sunday, April 12, Orthodox believers will celebrate Easter.
