In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the court recognized the former nurse and paramedic of the Shushenskaya hospital guilty of forgery of an official document.

It has been established that in In February 2025, a resident of the Shushensky district called a nurse and asked, without an examination, to make a certificate about the absence of contraindications to driving for his friend for a fee of 3 thousand rubles.

“The hospital nurse and paramedic made entries in the strict reporting form about the driver’s “perfect health.” The problem was that the “patient” himself had already been deprived of his driving license for drunk driving. The truth was revealed during a prosecutor’s inspection, based on the materials of which a criminal case was opened,” the supervisory agency said.

Medical workers were fired. According to Part 4 of Art. 327 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, the court sentenced both to 2 years of suspended imprisonment with a probationary period of 1 year.

And a man who tried to get a certificate bypassing the system will undergo examination in the general manner.
