Ukrainian singer Sofia Rotaru now lives in Kyiv. The artist’s sister and colleague Aurika Rotaru spoke about this in an interview published on April 8 on the TSN Glamor YouTube channel.
“She’s in Kyiv, in Koncha-Zaspa, in her house, doing the same thing as me – a garden,” admitted Aurika to Rotaru.
When asked whether 78-year-old Sofia Rotaru plans to return to the stage, her younger sister could not give a definite answer.
“I don’t know. I think she won’t return during the war, but then we’ll see how the war ends,” Aurika answered Rotaru.
