On August 4, NATO announced the launch of a new support format for Ukraine – Prioritized Ukraine Requirements List (Purl). As part of this initiative, Ukraine will receive American weapons financed by European allies and Canada. As explained in the alliance, the cost of each assistance package is about $ 500 million, they will contain equipment and ammunition, which Ukraine considers priority. Such supplies promise to form quickly and produce on a regular basis.
On September 16, Reuters wrote that the US presidential administration Donald Trump approved the first military assistance packages to Ukraine, for which the allies paid. Their content was not disclosed.
