These oatmeal pancakes are the first to disappear – warm and homey

These pancakes are about a cozy morning when you want something warm, but don’t have time to fuss. They contain no flour, eggs or white sugar, just oatmeal, milk and a ripe banana. They turn out soft on the inside, with a light crust on the outside.

Ingredients:

Long-cooked oat flakes – 150 g
Milk – 250 ml
Ripe banana – 1 piece
Pinch of salt
Oil for frying

How to cook:

  • Grind oatmeal in a blender until it becomes flour.
  • Add milk, mashed banana and salt. Beat until smooth. The dough should be like thick sour cream.
  • Let sit for 5-7 minutes to allow the oatmeal to plump up a bit.
  • Heat a frying pan with a drop of oil. Pour the dough in small portions.
  • Cook over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until edges are golden brown.

The pancakes are ready.

Bon appetit!
