In the southern municipal districts of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Rosselkhoznadzor specialists have examined more than 12 thousand hectares of agricultural land since the beginning of 2026. This was reported in the regional department of the department.
45 sites with a total area of 1.7 thousand hectares were surveyed using drones. Such checks were carried out in Ermakovsky, Idrinsko-Krasnoturansky, Karatuzsky, Kuraginsky, Minusinsky and Shushensky districts. Drones make it possible to quickly inspect farmland and identify signs of unused land: overgrowth of weeds, dead wood and waste litter. According to Rosselkhoznadzor, such surveys are needed in order to return unused areas to agricultural use, as well as reduce the risk of fires. Particularly dangerous are lands covered with dry grass and located near populated areas, gardening communities or forests.
Rosselkhoznadzor recalled that in the south of the Krasnoyarsk Territory the snow melts faster, so the fire danger period in some areas has been established since the end of March. Owners of agricultural land are prohibited from setting fire to dry grass. Administrative liability is provided for failure to eliminate violations of land legislation.
