Russia allegedly handed over a key list to Iran. New media reports

The information obtained by the newspaper is intended to confirm deepening military and intelligence cooperation between Moscow and Tehran. The alleged transfer of the list would allow Iran to conduct precision missile attacks on the Israeli energy grid.
According to findings by Israeli journalists, Russian intelligence divided Israel's energy infrastructure facilities into three categories due to their strategic importance.
Tier 1: Critical manufacturing facilities. These are facilities whose destruction would paralyze the national energy system. The report clearly mentions the Orot Rabin power plant as a prime target. Level 2: Major urban and industrial energy centers. These facilities are located primarily in central Israel and serve large population centers. Level 3: Local infrastructure. These targets include regional substations serving industrial zones and smaller power plants.
The ambassador denies this
The Russians allegedly assessed Israel's vulnerability to threats in this way: “unlike many European countries, the Israeli energy grid is characterized by a high degree of isolation. Israel is an energy island that does not import electricity from neighboring countries.”
According to The Jerusalem Post, Russian intelligence allegedly informed Iran that damage to even a few central components could cause a complete and long-lasting energy crisis, leading to massive power outages and technical failures that cannot be easily mitigated.
Russian ambassador to Israel Anatoly Viktorov, in response to the newspaper's reports, stated that “representatives of the Russian political leadership have repeatedly opposed accusations that their country allegedly provided intelligence data to Iran.”
