Andrew Tate escapes judicial control in Romania, claim the influencer's lawyers

Romanian justice has lifted all preventive judicial control measures against Andrew Tate, accused of trafficking minors and money laundering, AFP informs, citing the influencer's lawyers.
Andrew Tate's team sent AFP the decision of the court in Bucharest which “revokes the preventive measure of judicial control ordered”
Neither the court nor the prosecutor's office responded to the request of the French press agency to explain or comment on the decision, which is final, but for now without reasons.
The lifting of the judicial control was also ordered regarding Tristan Tate, and the court costs in this regard fall under the responsibility of the Romanian state.
Tate brothers accused of human trafficking and rape

They are being investigated by DIICOT under judicial review.

His brother, Tristan Tate, aged 36, faces 11 charges related to a woman, including rape, bodily harm and human trafficking, British prosecutors announced in August 2025.
