“You don't have time to teach them football in two weeks. You're back to the old system”

Asked what Mirel Rădoi could have improved during his time at FCSB, Pintilii explained:

“I would have liked it to be different morally, or in terms of attitude. You don't have time to teach them football or whatever you want to teach them now, in two weeks, you don't have time. If you had six months, yes, but you reverted back to the old system. It's hard to change something. You can walk on the psyche and the attitude.

Here I thought Rădoi could make a change and I hope he does. It probably doesn't reach the players and it doesn't show on the field. That's where the attitude should be seen, not in training.”
