The average salary was above 200 thousand rubles in Russia in four industries in January, RIA Novosti found out after studying statistical data.
Thus, at the beginning of the year, specialists working in the field of air and space transport received the most – 230.8 thousand rubles. Financiers and insurers earned an average of 220.7 thousand rubles.
About 216.4 thousand rubles were received by workers in tobacco production, and 209.1 thousand – by those employed in oil and gas production.
A year earlier, in January 2025, there were no industries with average salaries above 200 thousand rubles in Russia.
The average monthly accrued salary of employees of organizations is calculated before taxes and includes bonuses. It takes into account the income of all employees, including those with extremely high salaries. On average, Russians across the country received 103.6 thousand rubles in January.
