T2 and Solar launched automatic monitoring of personal data leaks

T2, a Russian mobile operator, and Solar have launched a new digital service for subscribers – automatic monitoring of data leaks. The service will provide additional protection of subscribers’ personal information from scammers and spammers. The service tracks leaks with the client's phone number and instantly notifies him of the violation.

The new T2 automatic data leak monitoring system, developed jointly with Solar, scans sources around the clock for the appearance of subscriber phone numbers in leak databases. As soon as the system detects a leak, the client instantly receives a push notification in the mobile application, as well as an SMS from 9:00 to 22:00 local time.

If a data compromise is detected, the user can order a detailed report containing information about the type of personal information exposed, the source of the leak, and other important details of the incident. Based on this data, the subscriber can quickly change compromised passwords or prepare for possible calls from spammers and scammers.

The service is available within the advanced level of protection of the SafeWall platform. You can activate the service on the website or in the T2 mobile application in the SafeWall section. The subscription fee for the service will be 100 rubles per month. At the same time, any subscriber can request a leak report free of charge.
