An accomplice of a foreign drug dealer was caught in Sharypovo

Police detained a citizen of Uzbekistan in Sharypovo with a large consignment of drugs. The Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the region spoke about this.

According to law enforcement officials, a 20-year-old guy arrived in Sharypovo on an intercity bus from Krasnoyarsk. During the inspection, law enforcement officers found and seized 250 grams of “salt” from him; the substance was packaged in 125 packs of two grams each.

It turned out that the foreigner was an employee of an illegal online store. Starting from March 1 of this year, he took large quantities of drugs in Krasnoyarsk and distributed them throughout the region.

“Together with a colleague who had been detained by Achinsk police the day before, they went to different areas of the region to fulfill the employers’ orders,” the police explained.

A criminal case was opened against a citizen of Uzbekistan under Part 3 of Art. 30, part 5 art. 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Attempt at illegal sale or transfer of narcotic drugs on a large scale.” Now the young man faces up to 15 years in prison.

A preventive measure in the form of detention was chosen against the suspect.
