“It doesn't stick or crumble.” Recipe for milk glaze for paska, which hardens very well

Ukrainian culinary expert Vladimir Yaroslavsky shared a recipe for paska glaze on Instagram.

“It doesn’t stick and doesn’t crumble. It looks beautiful and freezes beautifully. The downside is that you have to prepare it for every little one,” Yaroslavsky explained.

Ingredients:

  • 100 g condensed milk;
  • 50 g milk powder;
  • 3–5 ml lemon juice;
  • 1 tsp. water.

Preparation

  1. Pour condensed milk into a bowl, add dry milk. Squeeze lemon juice and add a little water.
  2. Beat for a minute to form a homogeneous mixture.
  3. Apply the finished glaze to the paska in a thin layer and make “waves” on the sides to create a beautiful flow.
  4. Apply decor immediately.
  5. Wait 5-10 minutes for the glaze to set.
