In Krasnoyarsk, police stopped the activities of a 29-year-old local resident who was engaged in painting notices on buildings advertising online stores selling prohibited substances.
The attacker was caught red-handed after writing another inscription on the wall of a residential building in the Zheleznodorozhny district of the city.
“It was established that the suspect consciously participated in the distribution of narcotic drugs, providing information support to drug shops and attracting new clients,” the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs said.
The man admitted that he managed to make 20 inscriptions.
A 29-year-old Krasnoyarsk resident was caught red-handed while painting advertisements for drug stores on the walls of buildings.
A criminal case was opened against the Krasnoyarsk resident on the grounds of a crime under Part 3 of Art. 30, pp. “a”, “d” part 4 art. 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Attempt at illegal sale of narcotic drugs committed by an organized group on a large scale”, for which he faces up to 20 years in prison.
“This case was the first in the law enforcement practice of the region when such actions were qualified not as an administrative offense, but as a criminal offense,” the police noted.
Now law enforcement officers are identifying other persons involved in the activities of the advertised drug stores.
