Ingredients:
- 500 g of zucchini;
- two eggs;
- 300 g of cottage cheese;
- one melted cheese;
- Parsley, garlic, spices to taste.
Cooking
- Cut the zucchini into small squares. Add salt and leave them to let the juice.
- Fry the zucchini in a pan with butter or vegetable oil.
- Beat the fried cold zucchini, boiled eggs, cottage cheese, parsley, garlic, flooded cheese, salt and spices.
