In the north of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, bailiffs recovered 50 thousand rubles in favor of a woman who suffered from a violation of privacy.
According to the press service of the GUFSSP for the region, the incident occurred in Taimyr due to the fault of an employee of a local medical organization. The court found the woman guilty under Part 2 of Art. 137 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation for using one’s official position to gain access to personal information.
The court sentenced the perpetrator to pay moral damages in the amount of 50 thousand rubles and to a criminal fine of 110 thousand rubles. The smartphone, which is evidence in the case, must also be confiscated.
“Bailiffs in the Taimyr Dolgano-Nenetsky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory initiated several enforcement proceedings. In the first enforcement proceedings, the debtor was notified of the need to voluntarily pay 50 thousand rubles as compensation for moral damage within 5 days. To avoid further complications of the situation, the woman promptly paid the entire amount. The next step, the bailiffs confiscated the smartphone, which, as material evidence, was seized in favor of the state,” the department said.
Currently, bailiffs are working to collect a criminal fine.
The woman was notified of the need to pay the debt in full within 5 days. However, she did not comply with the demand. As a result, the debtor's accounts were seized and regular deductions were made from her wages. In addition, a resolution was issued to collect an enforcement fee in the amount of more than 13 thousand rubles for failure to comply with the requirements of an employee of the department.
