In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a 23-year-old resident of Lesosibirsk will go to trial on charges of dropperting.

The press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the region reported that in July 2025, an unknown user contacted the young man via messenger. He offered to issue bank cards in his name for a monetary reward and transfer them to him for use.

A Lesosibirsk resident issued three debit cards for 5,000 rubles and handed them over to the scammers. An unknown attacker used the data from these cards for illegal purposes.

Based on this fact, a criminal case was initiated against a previously unconvicted man under Part 3 of Art. 187 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Illegal circulation of payment funds.” He faces up to 3 years in prison.
