
According to him, since the beginning of spring, interceptor UAVs have already destroyed more than 2.3 thousand Russian air targets. Ukrainian-made drones demonstrate the highest efficiency.
As Syrsky emphasized, Ukraine is ready to share this experience with international partners. At the same time, there is a need to further increase the number of interceptors, in particular with automatic guidance systems, the commander-in-chief indicated.
“The enemy does not stop attacks – on the contrary, he increases production, modernizes drones and improves their use,” said Syrsky.
According to him, helicopters also work effectively against drones. In March they shot down 379 targets.
In addition, Syrsky said that the Armed Forces of Ukraine are now paying special attention to the introduction of artificial intelligence and increasing the level of automation during the use of air defense systems.

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the aggressor country Russia, Ukraine has been increasing the production of its own weapons. According to the former Deputy Prime Minister for Innovation, Development of Education, Science and Technology – Minister of Digital Transformation Mikhail Fedorov, more than 90% of drones that are used on the battlefield produced in Ukraine.
