VIDEO. The first short public message of Klaus Iohannis after a long period of absence

The former president of Romania was surprised by journalists in Sibiu, when he was leaving the Church from the Flower service.

Klaus Iohannis and his wife, Carmen, attended the Flower service on Sunday at the Roman Catholic Church in the center of Sibiu, where the former president usually goes, reports the local publication Ora de Sibiu, citing Adevărul.

The former presidential couple entered the service through a side door of the church, from the passage.

Upon leaving, Iohannis addressed the journalists and had a short message to convey: “I wish you all happy Easter holidays and good health.” He then avoided questions from journalists who asked him how he was doing. He replied curtly with a “Thank you.”

He then took some photos with the locals, after which he headed for the car.
