In March 2023, the court limited the woman in parental rights for improper performance of duties. Children were taken to an orphanage. However, Achinka continued to receive the payments wrong with her, deliberately hiding what happened from the social protection authority. For nine months, she managed to assign 260 thousand rubles.
“I knew and understood that I should not have received payment for children, that I had to report and return them to social protection, but I did not do it, since I needed a livelihood,” the defendant admitted.
The court sentenced her to 2 years 6 months a colony of general regime for fraud. Since the woman has a third child for dependent, the court postponed the execution of the sentence until he reaches the age of 14.
The illegally obtained amounts were recovered in full.
