Dan Diaconescu remains without a show, six months after his return on TV

The misunderstandings between Dan Diaconescu and Canal 33 started from the content of the show made by the former OTV owner. The management of the TV station confirmed the break, according to the media page.
Dan Diaconescu, sentenced in February to 8 years and 4 months in prison in the file of sexual intercourse with minors-a conviction that was canceled in the meantime-resumed from March 3, the Marathon programs on Canal 33. After only half a year of collaboration, Diaconescu is officially separated from Canal 33.
During his Saturday show, Diaconescu announced that on October 22 he will see on another cable network.
The guests of Dan Diaconescu and the content of the show were the basis of the separation of the former OTV of Canal 33. “He wanted to call invitations and let them talk to anything, but there is a legislation,” sources from the TV station for media said.
Even as soon as he returned to TV, Diaconescu's show was fined by the National Audiovisual Council, after his guest, Marian Vanghelie, launched a series of attacks on Victor Ponta.
Another episode was on the Sunday of elections in the Republic of Moldova, with Cozmin Guşă entered by phone. Guşă was disturbed by the “Moldova Battle takes a step towards Europe or back to the Russian yoke” and asked for the title. The telephone connection with Cozmin Gușă was interrupted.
Subsequently, the television station made the decision to interrupt the collaboration with Dan Diaconescu. Contacted by the media page, Alexandru Răducanu, the owner of Canal 33, confirmed that the separation started from the content of Dan Diaconescu.
“We have reached a point where we considered that we are doing more harm than good. Yes, the show was a win on the audience side, but a risk in respecting the audiovisual legislation,” he said.
