More than a thousand people from dilapidated houses will be resettled in Krasnoyarsk by the end of 2026.
According to the press service of the mayor's office, the resettlement will affect residents of Energetikov, Armeyskaya, Kutuzov, Timoshenkov, Lvovskaya, Semafornaya, Dobrolyubova streets and others. An entire block along the street will also be resettled. Krasnopresnenskaya.
“Since October last year, the implementation of a regional targeted program for relocating citizens from dilapidated housing began. It included 44 houses from different districts of Krasnoyarsk. In 3 months of 2025, we have already resettled 571 people. This year there will be twice as many. In total, by 2028, more than 1.5 thousand people will move to comfortable conditions. For these purposes, we are allocated 2.56 billion rubles from the federal, regional and city budgets,” said the acting director. Deputy head of the city – head of the urban planning department Alexander Navrodsky.
As part of the program, the resettlement of houses at the following addresses is being completed:
- st. Aralskaya, 2;
- st. Kishinevskaya, 4;
- st. Lvovskaya, 15a;
- st. Sverdlovskaya, 215 and 235;
- st. Free, 5;
- st. Stanochnaya, 6;
- st. Uchumskaya, 3;
- st. Energetikov, 31.
After the process is completed, the emergency houses will be disconnected from utility networks and demolished.
In addition, separately, at the expense of the city budget, this year it is planned to resettle houses on the street. Biyskaya, 5 and st. Novaya Zarya, 19.
The city administration recalled that according to the Housing Code of the Russian Federation, owners of emergency premises can receive monetary compensation for confiscated property or write an application for the provision of an apartment, the area of which will be comparable to the area of the emergency one.
