Products
2 kg ribs;
100 g honey;
50 ml soy sauce;
3 tbsp. l. vinegar;
400 ml chicken broth;
ginger, garlic, leek, hot pepper – to taste.
Preparation
- Cut the ribs into pieces.
- Salt and pepper on both sides.
- Cut the ginger into thin slices, chop the leek.
- Heat the pan well and fry the ribs, adding garlic, ginger, and leeks.
- Drizzle honey and soy sauce over the ribs, add broth and vinegar.
- Bring to a boil and place in an oven preheated to 180°C. After 30 minutes, flip the ribs and bake for another 30 minutes.
