Legal entities that have entered into a waste removal agreement with a regional operator from December 1 to December 26, 2025 will be able to write off debts for past periods (2020-2025) as part of the “New Year with a Clean Slate” promotion**. The ROSTtech company reminds that according to Federal Law No. 89, all legal entities and individual entrepreneurs are required to enter into an agreement for the management of MSW with the regional operator in whose area of ​​activity the waste is generated. Failure to conclude or avoid concluding a written contract does not exempt consumers from paying for services provided in the field of solid waste management.
