“Employees of the territorial center for the recruitment of social support stopped Ukrainian citizen Amador Lopez in order to check his military registration documents,” noted Deputy Head of the Chernigov Regional TCC and SP Alexander Mironenko.
According to him, the artist was invited to the TCC to prepare documents. In turn, the dancer stated that he received Ukrainian citizenship several weeks before the start of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by the aggressor country of the Russian Federation and allegedly did not know that he needed to register.
“I didn’t know that they were wanted,” Lopez assured. “Of course, it’s unpleasant. It was unpleasant for me, I think for each of us, but quite calmly they asked for documents. I showed the documents, they checked and told us about the procedure, where we were going, what and how.”
After the artist’s arrival at the TCC, it was determined that he had the right to receive a deferment, since his mother needed constant supervision.
“Mom is almost immobile. She needs constant treatment. I am already my mother’s guardian, but I need to make it official so that everything is fine,” said the dancer.
According to Lopez, he was treated “normally” at the TCC.
“I had very high blood pressure and they immediately gave me help. They fed me and tried to make everything as good as possible,” he assured.
