Krasnoyarsk was heavily fined for fictitious registration of foreigners

A 24-year-old resident of Krasnoyarsk was convicted of fictitiously registering foreigners in her house in one of the SNTs of the Sosnovoborsky district. This was reported to the police.
It was established that in November 2025, the girl submitted an application to register two citizens of Tajikistan for a period of one month, but did not actually intend to provide them with a place to live.
During interrogation, she explained that the foreign citizens registered at her place of residence were her acquaintances and she did not receive any material remuneration from them.
A criminal case was opened and investigated against Krasnoyarsk under Art. 322.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. Having considered the materials, the court found her guilty and imposed a fine of 100 thousand rubles. The verdict came into force.
