
Not everyone has time to fuss with dough while waiting for it to rise. The author of the Ukrainian culinary YouTube channel Twins Kitchen told how to prepare dough, from which you can form pies and fry immediately after kneading.
The dough for this recipe is universal – it is also suitable for buns, bagels and pizza, and the pies from it turn out fluffy and soft, like fluff.
“I cook it every day – a simple and successful recipe. The dough is just a godsend,” the blogger admired.
Ingredients:
- 800 g flour;
- 4 tbsp. l. sunflower oil;
- 50 g yeast;
- 1 tbsp. l. Sahara;
- salt – to taste;
- 2 stacks water.
Preparation:
- Mix flour with sunflower oil. Add boiling water.
- Stir until smooth so that there are no lumps.
- In another bowl, grind the yeast with sugar, add 1 tbsp. l. flour, mix.
- Pour in boiling water and stir until smooth.
- Combine both masses, add all the flour. Stir.
- Knead the dough until it stops sticking to your hands.
- Form the dough into pies and fry in a frying pan until cooked.
