In the Dzerzhinsko-Taseevsky District of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a criminal case was opened against an employee of the Usolskoye Forestry KGBU for receiving a bribe with extortion on a large scale (clauses “b”, “c”, part 5 of Article 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

According to investigators, between January 2024 and March 2026, the forester extorted and received 175 thousand rubles from an individual entrepreneur. The money was intended for the allocation of cutting areas containing valuable timber.
Searches were carried out at the suspect's place of residence and work.

“The court chose a preventive measure in the form of detention in relation to the person involved. During the investigation, a proper legal assessment will be given to the actions of the bribe-giver,” the Investigative Committee said.
