Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu ordered on Tuesday the destruction of as many targets related to Iran's arms industry as possible within 48 hours, the newspaper wrote, citing two Israeli officials.

Israel's haste is evidenced by… Israeli authorities' fears of Trump's sudden announcement of the end of the warbefore Israel's war goals are achieved, the newspaper noted.

The authorities in Jerusalem declared that they wanted to eliminate Iran's nuclear program, destroy its missile arsenal and weapons factories, and limit Tehran's support for regional militias associated with it, including Lebanese Hezbollah.

Trump's plan, the content of which has already been leaked to the media, is quite general, but its content has alarmed Israeli leaders – wrote “NYT”. According to the daily, they fear that the draft agreement does not guarantee a sufficient limitation of Iran's nuclear and missile programs.

The US and Israel attacked Iran on February 28. In response, Iran has since been striking Israel and the Gulf states with missiles and drones.

Trump will 'unleash hell' if Iran fails to reach an agreement

If Iran does not reach an agreement and understand that it has been defeated, President Donald Trump is ready to unleash hell, said White House spokeswoman Karoline Leavitt. She confirmed that reports about the US's 15-point proposal are only partially true.

“If Iran does not accept the reality of the current situation, if it does not understand that it has been defeated militarily, President Trump will ensure that it is hit harder than ever before,” Leavitt said during a White House briefing. – President Trump is not bluffing and is ready to raise hell. Iran should not misjudge the situation again, she added.

The spokeswoman repeated what President Trump has said in recent days, claiming that Iran is “looking for a way out” of the war and negotiations are ongoing. She also said that the US 15-point proposal to end the war presented in the media has elements of truth, but it is not the whole truth. She also did not want to confirm CNN's reports that negotiators of both countries may soon meet in Pakistan. According to CNN, Vice President JD Vance would take part in the talks.

Leavitt also refused to elaborate on Tuesday's statement by Trump, who claimed he received a “gift” from the Iranians related to the flow of oil and gas through the Strait of Hormuz. The Times of Israel reported that it was about letting several oil tankers pass through Iran.

A spokeswoman said U.S. forces have hit 9,000 people so far. targets in Iran, including recently underground warehouses with anti-ship missiles near the Strait of Hormuz. She also claimed that the destruction of more than 140 Iranian ships makes Operation Epic Fury the most destructive since World War II.
