In almost 100 high-rise buildings in Krasnoyarsk, hot water temperature regulators do not work or are missing

After Krasnoyarsk residents complained about the cold in their apartments in January of this year, a thermal inspection revealed deficiencies in the heating and hot water supply systems.almost 100 houses.

In these high-rise buildings, hot water temperature regulators do not work or do not exist at all. Also, in some houses the hot water supply is not connected according to modern requirements (after the elevator unit of the heating system). This seriously affects the quality of heating and hot water supply.”

All management organizations were notified of the identified violations. They are required to put the systems in order before the start of the new heating season, otherwise they will not be able to obtain a certificate of readiness for it, which may threaten the deprivation of their housing management license.

In total, work needs to be organized in 113 hot water supply nodes. At the same time, installation of missing equipment, work on networks and in elevator nodes are costly. Management organizations will be able to hold them only by decision of general meetings of owners; they should take place in the near future. Residents need to determine timing and funding sources.

Let us recall that at the beginning of 2026, when there were severe frosts in Krasnoyarsk for more than two weeks, citizens complained en masse about the cold in their apartments. During this time, about 350 requests from different districts were received on the social networks of the administration and the mayor alone.
