At the initiative of the Krasnoyarsk Transport Prosecutor's Office, Yakutia Airlines was brought to administrative responsibility for violating the rights of passengers.

It has been established that if the flight is delayed by more than 13 hours to Yakutsk by planewho made an emergency landing at Krasnoyarsk airport, the passengers were not accommodated in a hotel for rest.

Under Part 2 of Article 14.4 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (provision of services in violation of the requirements established by the legislation of the Russian Federation), the airline “Yakutia” punished with a fine of 30 thousand rubles. It is also reported that, based on the submission of the prosecutor’s office, the air carrier took organizational measures to prevent violations of the rights of passengers in future activities.
