Larisa Dolina, who lost her apartment in the center of Moscow, accused the legitimate buyer of naivety, imprudence and constant pressure. Like, she wasn’t vigilant enough when buying, didn’t ask questions, and now she’s forcing her to vacate the property and withdraw the claim.
Through the court, the 68-year-old singer asks to recognize the sale and purchase transaction of an apartment in Khamovniki with an area of 236.3 square meters. m invalid, take away the ownership rights from Polina Lurie and return the money to her (which she transferred to the scammers). Total amount of claim: 123.3 million rubles. It states: they began to dismantle the Valley in April on behalf of the FSB and Rosfinmonitoring employees. We gained access to her bank cards and took out a loan secured by the apartment. They assured that all this was to fight criminals. The main thing is not to tell anyone – it will be a crime.
At the end of April, they convinced me to urgently sell the luxury apartment with the prospect of canceling the deal and returning the saved money. Next, the criminals found a realtor, a buyer, and on June 20 they entered into a purchase and sale agreement in the amount of 112 million rubles – several tens of millions below the market price.
On June 24, the apartment was transferred to Polina Lurie. The money from the sale went into the criminals’ crypto. And then they began to deceive the Valley for the sale of their dachas – at that moment she finally understood everything. On August 3, the artist went to the police. In total, the scammers received 180 million rubles from her. On August 13, unknown people came to the apartment and threats began. Among them are promises to cover everything in the media “not in the most pleasant light.”
The artist also claims that Lurie is rummaging through the real estate market and didn’t even ask why the apartment was being sold so cheaply. After all, even the cadastral value (always below the market) is 123 million. Now, as part of a criminal case, the property has been seized. Due to constant threats, the Valley is asking for government protection.
