According to media reports, Mark Tolstikhin robbed a lot of people, grabbing phones from their hands, and then simply Running off the scene of the crime.

Tolstikhin fled even from correctional labor, to which he was sent in 2019. In 2022, he was sentenced to 4.5 months of a colony. Two years later, Tolstikhin again came across a robbery. But this time he did not run away from the security forces, but left on a bicycle that stole.
