Deputies of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory visited Krastsvetmet and learned about its development strategy

Deputies of the Committee on Economics and Tax Policy of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory visited OJSC Krastsvetmet named after V.N. Gulidova. The plant management presented the results of work in 2025 and the company’s development strategy.
The parliamentarians visited the laboratories of the scientific and technological center, the finished product shipment area and the production operational management center. Now the company's staff is about 3 thousand people.
Much attention is paid here to safety culture – last year there were not a single case of industrial injuries. Also important are the areas of process automation, integration into regional and federal initiatives, support for families with children and the environment. In 2026, the company will launch a demographic program. Projects aimed at systematically reducing the load on the ecosystem and waste-free production play an important role in the company’s portfolio.
Let us remind you that Krastsvetmet is a state-owned enterprise, 100% of whose shares are owned by the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The company produces all platinum group metals, gold and silver from mineral and recycled materials, and produces jewelry and technical products. Krastsvetmet performs engineering work and offers technologies for various industries. General Director Mikhail Dyagilev spoke about plans, including modernization of the production base, expansion of processing capacity for secondary raw materials, and development of trading operations.
Egor Vasiliev, chairman of the committee on economics and tax policy of the regional parliament, noted that Krastsvetmet is “the pearl of regional property”, the enterprise is firmly on its feet.
“Krastsvetmet is moving forward confidently. A year ago, we had questions in connection with a change in the structure of the company and a potential decrease in the share of refining production. However, today it is clear that revenue indicators are growing, profits are not decreasing. A serious team has been formed, wages are at market level, social programs are running, the company participates in national projects. Krastsvetmet demonstrates the right strategy: when market conditions and external conditions change, it quickly rebuilds, opens new areas of business and becomes a leader in them. Now it is a leader in them. is not limited to the production of precious metals. There are fundamental areas on which the company is based, there are high-tech and promising ones, and there are those that were not traditional 6-10 years ago, but now show excellent profits. In order to remain competitive, the company strives to be two steps ahead of the market. This proves that the state-owned enterprise of the Krasnoyarsk region is effective as a production and technological leader.
