In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a criminal case was instituted on negligence that entailed the occurrence of a fire in the territory of the municipal recreation center.
The Investigative Department of the IC of the Russian Federation explained that on the night of April 15 on the territory of the municipal recreation center located 5 km northwest of Minusinsk, non-residential buildings and dry grass lit up.
According to preliminary data, the cause of the fire could be a cliff of wires on the line next to the base. From this Ficked Dry grass, fire spread to buildings. Fire damaged and destroyed 9 non -residential buildings and 2 metal traps for a total area of 778 square meters. m.
A criminal case was opened on this fact under part 1.1 of Art. 293 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (negligence, resulting in causing particularly major damage). The damage caused by the administration of Minusinsk is estimated at more than 31 million rubles.
Currently, the exact cause of the fire is being established, investigative actions are performed aimed at clarifying all the circumstances of the incident.
