Małgorzata Królak is the new president of Grupa Azoty Police. Changes in the giant's management board

The supervisory board of Grupa Azoty Police appointed Małgorzata Królak as president of the company's management board as of April 1, 2026 and Dominik Nowak as vice-president as of March 24, 2026 – the company announced on Monday in a stock exchange announcement.

“The Management Board of Grupa Azoty Zakłady Chemiczne Police SA informs that on March 23, 2026, the Company's Supervisory Board adopted resolutions to appoint Ms. Małgorzata Królak as President of the Management Board as of April 1, 2026, and Mr. Dominik Nowak as Vice-President of the Management Board as of April 24, 2026,” reads the company's announcement.

Grupa Azoty Zakłady Chemiczne Police belongs to Grupa Azoty. It produces, among others: compound fertilizers and titanium white.
