From September 1, 2027, students in grades 10 and 11 will have the opportunity to study all subjects only at a basic level without being tied to a narrow profile. Ministry of Education expert Maxim Kostenko spoke about this in an interview with RIA Novosti, Yamal 1 reports.
The profile system will remain for those who want to study individual disciplines in depth. Schools will continue to develop specialized classes – medical, engineering, shipbuilding, linguistics and others.
High school students will be able to choose for themselves: to follow a universal program or focus on a specific area.
