“United Russia” summed up the results of work in the social sphere according to the Party's People's Program

Another platform dedicated to social policy was held in Krasnoyarsk in preparation for the regional forum of United Russia “There is a result!” The event took place at the family MFC in the Oktyabrsky district of Krasnoyarsk.
Chairman of the regional parliament Alexey Dodatko, chairman of the regional parliament committee on health protection and social policy Ilya Zaitsev, Minister of Social Policy of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Irina Pastukhova, representatives of social service institutions, recipients of family center services took part in the work of the site.
Before the round table began, the meeting participants got acquainted with the activities of the MFC. Work in the institution is organized according to the “one window” principle: specialists themselves determine which department’s help is needed and accompany the family at all stages of receiving the necessary help. Psychological assistance is also provided, and comfortable children's areas are equipped for all ages.
In 2026, it is planned to open the second “Family MFC” in the region on the basis of the KSBI SO “Comprehensive Center for Social Services for the Population “Nazarovsky”. In the future, the ministry plans to replicate this practice in other social service institutions in the region.
“I have kids of different ages. The youngest is now 4 years old. When he was two and a half, I came here for early intervention help: we conducted developmental classes with a speech pathologist and teachers in a group. I’m glad to be not just a mother, but a participant in such socially significant events,” said Yulia Goffman, a mother of many children and a visitor to the center.
“We are proud of our system of social protection and social support, not only in terms of the amount of funds that are allocated to this industry for the development of infrastructure, to help people,” said Alexey Dodatko, deputy secretary of the regional branch of United Russia, head of the United Russia faction in the regional parliament. — The Krasnoyarsk Territory acts as a platform for the implementation and development of the most advanced practices in this area. We understand that social policy has gone far beyond simply providing assistance in difficult life situations. We are saying that our social protection system is one of the key tools for solving government problems in the field of family support, demography, implementation of active aging programs, support for families and SVO participants. We are trendsetters, so to speak, developing and implementing mechanisms that are subsequently applied throughout the country and we want to continue to maintain this level.”
United Russia deputy, chairman of the committee on health protection and social policy Ilya Zaitsev noted that the party’s task is to minimize the burden on recipients of benefits:
“The family MFC is already actively operating in the Oktyabrsky district. In the same year, a family multifunctional center will open in Nazarovo. Our task is to minimize the burden on potential recipients of social support measures. Our priority throughout these five years has been “Caring for everyone.” If you look at the list of laws that were adopted on the initiative of the United Russia faction, they were to take into account everyone: large families, people of advanced age, disabled people of various groups, members of the SVO. It is extremely important to assume that it is not the person who needs to come, but the system that needs to come to the person and offer support. It’s all based on the people’s program.”
Based on the results of the discussion, proposals were developed for the people's program of the United Russia party for the next five years. But the most important thing is that residents are again included in this process. Anyone can send their order directly to the party; there is a special website, estrezult.rf.
It should be noted that almost every second resident receives various types of social assistance in the region. 1.4 million people receive cash payments, compensation, and other social support measures.
