“Hey, Trump, you're fired! You know this phrase. Thank you for your attention to this issue. Khatam al-Anbiya's central headquarters,” he said in English in the style of the head of the White House.
Earlier in the day Trump on the social network Truth Social announced an ultimatum to Iranthreatening to destroy their power plants if Tehran does not open the Strait of Hormuz within 48 hours. Instead Zolfaghari responded by promising to close it completely if the United States attacks Iranian energy, the Iranian Fars news agency wrote.
This is not the first harsh statement from Zolfaghari against Trump. Hindustan Times wrote on March 17 how the speaker ridiculed the head of the White House for posts about the destruction of Iran. At the time, he stressed that “the outcome of a war is determined on the field, not by tweets,” and ridiculed the name of the US operation “Epic Fury”, emphasizing that it should be called “Epic Fear”.
