In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, private investments in housing and communal services will amount to 5 billion rubles

In 2026, 158 concession agreements related to the modernization of housing and communal infrastructure are in force in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, totaling over 5 billion rubles. The Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the region spoke about this.

In the heat supply sector, 83 concession agreements were concluded for an investment amount of about 1.9 billion rubles. For water supply – 37 agreements worth 1.4 billion rubles. In the field of wastewater disposal – 11 agreements for 63 million rubles. In addition, there are 27 multi-agreements in the field of water supply, sanitation and heat supply with an investment amount of 1.9 billion rubles.

“The region’s housing and communal services sector requires a large amount of investment. First of all, to update the worn-out infrastructure. The state invests significant budget funds in modernizing equipment, while offering cooperation to private companies. Public-private partnership is built on a mutually beneficial basis. The state provides entrepreneurs with infrastructure facilities and the right to provide housing and communal services. Private companies manage the property transferred to them, invest their own funds in the operation of the complexes provided to them,” noted Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the region Igor Epifanov.

Let us recall that the municipal infrastructure of the region consists of over 30 thousand objects, the length of heat, water supply and sewerage networks is 18.5 thousand kilometers. This year, the regional budget has allocated about 1 billion rubles for the modernization of equipment.

As part of the national project “Infrastructure for Life,” the region plans to build water distribution networks in the village of Solontsy, reconstruct wastewater treatment plants in Podgorny, and overhaul sections of water supply networks in Uyar, as well as the villages of Novonikolaevka and Yuzhno-Aleksandrovka in the Ilan-Nizhneingash district. More than 1 billion rubles have been allocated for these purposes.
