In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a 40-year-old man repaid many thousands of alimony debt after the arrest of a personal car. This was told in the GUFSP of Russia in the region.
A resident of Uyar for a long time ignored the fulfillment of his parental duties in favor of his 9-year-old daughter and accumulated a debt of 469 thousand rubles. The bailiff held an explanatory conversation with the negligent father, after which the debtor partially paid off the debt, paying less than 100 thousand rubles.
In order to oblige a man to pay the entire amount of the debt, the bailiff committed a number of actions provided for by law: he established the location of his vase, and then imposed an arrest on the car.
“The measures taken by the bailiff led to the result: the man paid the debt amount of almost 400 thousand rubles. In addition, he got a job for official work, and now deductions in favor of his native daughter are made from his wages every month, ”the Russian GUFSP of Russia in the Krasnoyarsk Territory said.
The bailiff service acts in the name of the law and its execution and recommends paying all debts in a timely and in full.
