Russian Putinist ballerina Anastasia Volochkova, in a comment to the propaganda news agency RIA Novosti, commented on the cancellation of the performance of the Russian ballerina Svetlana Zakharova in Rome (Italy).
According to Volochkova, the “cancellation policy” is associated with fear of the “unattainable level of skill of Russians.”
Volochkova began to actively praise Zakharova and recalled her personal experience of performing on foreign stages. According to the ballerina, people abroad have always been wary of Russian ballet.
“In the place of our Russian artists, no matter what workshop they are from, we need to move on with our heads held high and send them all,” Volochkova gave advice to her colleagues.
