If you are tired of the same sandwiches or sweet cereals, try making cheesecakes without flour and sugar. They turn out tender, slightly sweet from the banana and so nutritious that you have enough energy until lunch. They are prepared in 20 minutes, and the ingredients needed are very simple. This breakfast is perfect for both adults and children, especially those who watch their diet but do not want to sacrifice taste.
Ingredients:
Cottage cheese 5–9% – 300 g
Ripe banana – 1 pc.
Instant oatmeal – 3 tbsp. spoons
Egg – 1 pc.
Vanilla or cinnamon – to taste
Vegetable or butter for frying
How to cook:
- In a bowl, mash the banana with a fork until smooth.
- Add cottage cheese, egg, oatmeal and a pinch of vanilla or cinnamon.
- Stir. The mass should hold its shape, but not be too thick.
- Form into small cakes.
- Heat a frying pan, add a little oil.
- Fry the cheesecakes over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
These cheesecakes do not crumble, do not stick to the pan and keep their shape perfectly.
Bon appetit!
