Gigi Becali accuses the fact that a fourth mandate of Burleanu would violate the statute. Ilie Drăgan, also an opponent for the post of FRF president, has already gone to TAS. He wanted the elections to be suspended, but the Court of Arbitration for Sport rejected his request and will judge the case in a normal manner.
When you say three mandates in the law and you are already in the mandate, that is considered a valid mandate. If three votes were cast, and you are in office and have completed three days of mandate, it is considered a mandate. They have no idea about laws. It is 500% at risk with reporting to TAS. If they elect him on Wednesday, it is considered an illegal mandate.
