Farul Constanța, right start in the play-out » Victory over Petrol

Farul Constanța defeated Petrolul Ploiești, score 2-0, in a match from the first stage of the Superleague play-out.

Following today's victory, the Constantinians are in 9th place, while the “wolves” are in 13th place, a position that guarantees their presence in the first echelon survival barrier.

The game was announced to be an interesting one, considering that the two teams were neighbors in the standings. The “Yellow Wolves” started the game more courageously from the seaside, the first more important opportunities being at the gate of Rafael Munteanu, the young goalkeeper from Constanta.

Despite the fact that the visitors started the match better, the first goal came in their own goal. Alexandru Ișfan fought with the oil defenders, and the ball reached the goal Răzvan Tănasă who opened the scoring with a strong shot from the box. For Farul, the duel on Csikszereda's ground follows, while Petrolul will play on Metaloglobus' ground.
