Krasnoyarsk construction company SM.CITY completed ahead of schedule the construction of the third building of the White Quarters residential complex at the intersection of Verbnaya and Svobodny streets.
The new house, consisting of three snow-white sections, was completed 10 months ahead of schedule. Currently, the complex continues construction of the fourth building, which will also be completed on time.
As the company notes, the house was built in a year and a half using modern panel technology with seamless facades. The residential complex has a closed courtyard with controlled access, surface covered parking, as well as a main entrance with a reception and waiting area.
According to the ERZ.RF website, the SM.CITY company has the maximum reliability rating – 5 points, which indicates the timely or early delivery of all objects. Only 51% of developers in Russia have this rating.
In total, the completed building contains 405 ready-to-move-in apartments, fully finished on a turnkey basis – from one-room (42 sq. m.) to three-room (83 sq. m.). You can purchase them now, including using a preferential family mortgage, which in 2026 remains available to families with children under 7 years of age.
